Vons.com Return Policy?
Vons.com has a return policy that allows returns within 30 days of purchase. It's always best to have a receipt when making a return. With the receipt, a refund can be received to the same form of payment used when making the purchase. However, if a receipt is not available, a return may still be possible. This is at the discretion of each location; the store may issue a refund as a store credit or a gift card. There are a few items that can't be returned, including alcohol, tobacco, and baby formula.
As for the shipping policy, Vons offers delivery to your home or business and DriveUp & Go™ order pickup at select store locations. There is a promotion for $20 Off + FREE Delivery on the first order when spending $75 or more. The offer details specify that to save $20, one must spend $75 or more in a single transaction for the first online delivery order of qualifying items purchased via the Vons website or mobile app. The offer does not apply to online orders placed through a third-party such as Instacart, UberEats, DoorDash, etc., or on orders scheduled for delivery after the offer expiration date. Delivery fees are not generally refundable at Vons. However, if the order was not received, Vons will redeliver.
